What are tasks? [ edit ]
Tasks are a collection behaviors that units perform depending on various conditions. Certain tasks are limited to only units of certain professions and traits.
Is there difference between tasks and statuses? [ edit ]
Yes! Statuses and tasks are two different things. Statuses may share the same name with certain tasks and be closely related, but they do not perform the same function nor are they necessarily present at the same time.
Unit Reflection Task [ edit ]
Reflection is a behavior that units will perform if their subspecies has the File:Subspecies trait amygdala10x.png Amygdala subspecies trait . Tasks are different from statuses but some share the same name.
The game will start by checking if the subspecies has the File:Subspecies trait super positivity10x.png Super Positivity trait. If they do then units will perform one of these tasks:
Happy laughing, 43% chance
Singing, 14% chance
Child Random Flips, 14% chance
Child Play at One Spot, 14% chance
Child Random Jump, 14% chance
If the subspecies does not have the Super Positivity trait then the game will move onto these options:
Fill tasks from happiness history if there are any
If the unit has the hotheaded trait then +4 Swearing to the "Task Pool"
If the subspecies has the hotheaded trait and the units happiness is below 0 (50%) then +1 Start Tantrum to the "Task Pool"
If the subspecies has the aggressive trait and the units happiness is below 0 (50%) then +1 Start Tantrum to the "Task Pool"

+3 Happy Laughing to the "Task Pool"
+1 Singing to the "Task Pool"
If a unit's language has the Melodic trait then +4 Singing to the "Task Pool"
If a unit is a child then: +2 Child Random Flips, +2 Child Play at One Sport, and +2 Child Random Jump to the "Task Pool"
If a unit is not a child then +1 Wait5 to the "Task Pool"

+2 Swearing to the "Task Pool"
+2 Punch a Tree to the "Task Pool"
+2 Punch a Building to the "Task Pool"
+1 Wait5 to the "Task Pool"
If units do not have the Strong Mind trait then: +2 Crying and +1 Start Tantrum to the "Task Pool"
If units have -100 (0%) happiness then: +3 Crying and +1 Start Tantrum to the "Task Pool"
If units have the pyromaniac trait then +1 Start Fire to the "Task Pool"
