Symbols[edit]
We've seen lots of different symbol throughout different promo arts and teasers for the next updates yet for most of them we are unsure if they are actually meant to mean anything.
Steam Post Two Symbols[edit]
In the second steam post related to this update you can see two illustrations that have a specialized worldbox logo. The symbols on the bottom part of the worldbox logo have been speculated to read "touch some grass" with the "touch" being confirmed as the first word by Maxim. There is also a worldbox achievement for touching grass.
Steam Post One Symbols[edit]
In the first steam post we see a monolith with "worldbox" written vertically. Each of the letters steam like the could be independent symbols with maybe some hidden meaning but not much has been discovered.

Monolith Video[edit]
The monolith video was quite recently revealed (Dec 25th, 2024) and has many walls (assumed to be walls) that seem to form some kind of symbols. Not much progress has been made here. The only comment made by the devs was from Maxim indicating that the original highlights were missing the some symbols which included a few 1x1 walls and a another group of walls that clearly forms a ".50" that has been speculated to be an indication of the next version number (we are currently on 0.22).
Language Menu Illustration[edit]
In the most recent steam post we see an illustration for the language feature. The English letters have been speculated to represent four different things:
- Rebr: Worldbox discord slang term for low chat level/new server members
- Geb: This acronym was randomly posted on Maxim’s twitter and players had to conspire what it meant until they found out what it was (it is a special clan trait called “genetically engineered blood”)
- Greg: Probably the easiest one, relates to Greg the mob
- Bre: A Greg-like emoji that is commonly used and also satirically referenced to on the worldbox discord server a few times File:Breemoji4x.png
As for the drawings on the rest of the banner with those letters we aren't really sure what those are supposed to depict. Same goes for the banner to the right with various symbols that are somewhat close to normal letters and possible symbols in the top left corner behind the dwarf.
Elf Dodge Video[edit]
Very earlier on in the wait for the update we got to see a video of an elf with the dodge ability. Near the end of the video Maxim zoom outs and reveals what looks to be some sort of puzzle.
