- Both require premuim to make
- Hostile toward each other
- They don't need to eat food
- All living plants/houses have the same stats, regardless of their size or the plant / house type
- Cannot turn into any undead monster

- Some buildings (like bonfires) cannot be turned into living buildings
- Their color turns red (#E53B3B)

- Living Houses are sometimes called "Homies" in the game's code
