Wood
Wood is a resource civilizations can get from cutting trees. All trees civilizations cut down gives 5 wood each.
Obtaining
Trees are the only source of wood for villages; they are harvested by being chopped down by woodcutters. All types of trees, when harvested, yields 5 units of wood.
Every biome has its own unique trees, though the wasteland biome on plain soil can't support trees. Despite the fact that trees can “die”, they are considered Buildings, not mobs - they do not have traits, and cannot move or fight, unless you use the Living Plants power on them.
