0.12.3 - steamY fixes

This version, "steamY fixes", released on December 4, 2021, appears on the worldbox Steam page as 0.12.3. It is a minor update to 0.12.02.

Fixed

• Soft crash because of god finger and a few other small fixes
• Changed rate of blessing and curse given by biomes
• [PC] Some anti-virus tools were quarantining worldbox.exe for some reason - hopefully fixed this as well
• [Linux] Inverted zooming on mouse scroll wheel
• [Android] Fixed premium issues for people with a non-gregorian calendar ( E.g. Thai players )
