Workers will start form the spawner building and move outwards; as they move, they lay down the creep biomes, creating a spreading effect. Units walking on tumor tiles have a chance to get the tumor infection [[Traits|trait]] (slowly kills units) which will cause them to turn into a tumor monster on death.
