'''Iron''' is a basic material and currently the 4th strongest material in the game. It is not a resource by itself; iron items are made from [[Common Metals|Common Metal Ore]] which is grey & white in-game.

==Obtaining==
Common Metal is a very common ore that generates in [[Arcane Desert Biome|Arcane Desert]], [[Candy Biome|Candy]], [[Enchanted Biome|Enchanted]], [[Grass Biome|Grass]], [[Infernal Biome|Infernal]], [[Jungle Biome|Jungle]], [[Lemon Biome|Lemon]], [[Mushroom Biome|Mushroom]], [[Permafrost Biome|Permafrost]], [[Savanna Biome|Savanna]], [[Swamp Biome|Swamp]], and [[Wasteland Biome|Wasteland]] biomes but it does not generate in the [[Beach Biome|Beach]], [[Corrupted Biome|Corrupted]], or [[Crystal Biome|Crystal]] biomes. Common Metal itself can also be found in the [[Crystal Biome]] but not in the form of an ore. It can also be placed directly through the Nature and Disasters menu tab.
