Editing Clouds

Clouds are unique natural forces that you can use to cause tons of mayhem. They will spawn during various [[ages]] with the natural [[Disasters|disaster]] [[World Laws|world law]] enabled. All clouds have a special product they will rain down as they move across your world. Clouds will travel in a straight line horizontally.
