=== Fishing Boats ===
Fishing boats randomly head into waters to catch fish. Each time, they have a:

* 50% chance to randomly go to a neighbouring water chunk
* 50% chance to remain in the original chunk 

Each time they fish, they obtain 1 unit of fish, which is deposited into the fishing boat's inventory. The fishing boat will continue to fish if it has less or equal to 10 fish in it's inventory, otherwise it will return to the docks and deposit all its collected fish into the village inventory.
