== Hiring Warriors ==

Village will hire warriors if:

* Army limit isn't full (can be seen in [[Villages|village]] menu)
* If the village does have a [[Unit Jobs|blacksmith]]
* Their culture has unlocked [[Weapons, Tools and Accessories|weapon]] production
* Village is not being captured
* 15 Adult Population
* More than 10 [[gold]]
Whenever an unemployed villager tries to find a job, and the above criteria are satisfied, they will try to find a [[Jobs|job]] as a warrior. Each [[Villages|village]] has a cooldown timer for hiring new warriors. The default value of this timer is 3 months, and is decreased by 0.1 months for every warfare [[Unit Stats|stat]] point the [[Kings and Leaders|village leader]] has, but cannot be lower than 0.2 months. If the village has a [[Barracks|barrack]], the cooldown can be further reduced by half. Therefore, the minimum possible cooldown time for hiring warriors is 0.1 months, or 10 warriors per month, which can be achieved when the leader has at least 28 of warfare stat and a barrack. 

When a citizen is selected to become a warrior they will be given a [[Weapons, Tools and Accessories|weapon]] if they don't already have one and if the village has one available.
