==Description==
When tornadoes are spawned they will randomly move around the world destroying almost everything in their path. The tornado can be found in the Nature and [[Disasters]] tab. It clears any water and grass away in a circular area around it while also damaging and flinging nearby units around. They will also fling water and lava if they are on top of it like [[Lightning|lighting]].   

Tornadoes can spawn naturally if the Natural [[Disasters]] [[World Laws|world law]] is enabled. [[Mages|Evil Mages]] can also summon them (they do this very rarely); the summoned tornadoes are smaller tornadoes which start at 1/6 the default scale, later growing to 1/3 of the default scale.

Tornadoes have 2 traits (when enabling OverlyActorMobs in the [[Debug Menu|debug menu]]):
* Strong minded
* Fire proof 
When using mods to force open the tornado character menu you can see the menu missing multiple assets such as the favorite icon and the trait editor not appearing normally. If you do force a tornadoes menu to open the game will generate a name for the tornado.
